Technical Writer
Your Mission:
To document, organise, and assist with the administrative execution of the XOL AI plugin project — from preparing developer briefs to structuring reporting deliverables for internal use and external stakeholders. You’ll keep the ship running smoothly with well-documented progress, clear formatting, and reliable communication.
Your work ensures that all contributors stay aligned and that reporting is clear, timely, and professional. You’ll translate the project’s complexity into actionable documents and polished summaries.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Proven experience writing clear and structured documentation for software projects or grants
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, Word, Excel/PDF formatting
Previous involvement in admin support, reporting, or compliance documentation
Strong communication and organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to simplify technical concepts
Comfortable collaborating remotely with developers and project leads
Key Responsibilities
Write clear internal documentation for each milestone and role
Prepare structured grant reports and summaries based on templates
Maintain task records and admin logs for accountability
Format content for PDF/export and team sharing
Assist the Project Manager in task tracking and updates
Keep all materials consistent and easy to follow for funders or external stakeholders
