AI Quality Engineer
Your Mission:
To rigorously test the AI outputs, plugin functionality, and vendor-facing interfaces of the XOL system. You’ll simulate real-world vendor interactions, spot edge cases, and flag anything that doesn’t meet our performance or usability standards.
You’ll act as the gatekeeper for quality — ensuring that what we develop is accurate, stable, and vendor-ready. Your feedback will directly shape how data is displayed, exported, and corrected.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Experience with QA testing for web apps, APIs, or plugins
Familiarity with AI/LLM-generated content and how to validate it
Ability to create and follow structured test cases
Sharp eye for detail and edge-case thinking
Experience with bug tracking and documentation tools
Bonus: eCommerce background or exposure to vendor systems
Key Responsibilities
Run manual tests on plugin functions, GPT outputs, and vendor flows
Validate enriched product data and interface logic
Flag bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues with detailed notes
Work closely with developers and prompt engineers to retest fixes
Simulate vendor workflows across various test scenarios
