AI Project Manager
Your Mission:
To manage timelines, team coordination, and deliverables for the XOL AI-powered plugin and product enrichment workflow. You’ll ensure every task — from prompt training to vendor dashboard deployment — is tracked, executed, and reported with precision.
You’ll be the organisational backbone of the team, making sure developers, designers, testers, and analysts stay in sync — and nothing slips through the cracks.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Experience managing digital product teams (preferably SaaS, plugins, or eCommerce)
Strong organisational and reporting skills
Comfortable with tools like Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar
Familiarity with agile methods and milestone-based planning
Excellent communication and documentation habits
Capable of summarising complex tech tasks into clear reports
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update the central task tracking sheet
Coordinate task deadlines across all contributors
Run weekly check-ins with the team and keep momentum
Flag risks, delays, or blockers early
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external use

Special Note: This role requires focused, continuous coordination across all milestones and contributors. Due to its central nature, we are not considering applicants who are also applying for other roles in this project. The Project Manager must remain dedicated to overseeing the entire workflow, timelines, and delivery process.
